There are so many factors to think about.
1. What is the standard of care in India?
2. Who will follow up on the patients especially in the first few months after transplant? This is critical time if anything were to happen.
3. Is screening tests for donors up to par or standard in India?
4. If organs are from cadavers, what is the population pool in India like? Any problems with immunological interaction with recipients.
