No offence but this thread is plain daft.
If someone really wants to donate a kidney to a complete stranger that is their prerogative, so long as they know they have just signed their own death warrant should their other kidney fail.
And there can't be takers either, because very few kidneys match with random donors no matter how much you want them to. That is why close family member are always the preferable donor and even then very few are ever advised to go through with it.
