What part of your body do you want to change most?
Legs, butt, stomach, arms, etc?
Legs and tummy i guess.. would have to run a lot to get these back in shape
The effects of aging LOL ! Am totally not saying your can balance most of them out with proper diet , fitness , flexability , strength and functional training !
my stomach, it used to be so and pretty before I had kids - no more
For me it would just be my tummy. I think the rest suits me just fine.
Does the face count as a body part?! my feet are in a bad way as well
Does gray hair (or beard) count? If not, I wish I could take a little off the stomach.
ears for they're not simetrical, and nose for i want it to be thinner and higher.. and more and moreee.. lol.. we human never feel satisfied, eh?.. i think i'd love to keep learning to love myself no matter what instead of thinking what is not there..

Do you wish you could change your body or a part of your body? If so, what would you change and why?We should all be glad and thankfull we are born with what we have but quite often we think we have a part of their body they would like to change.

My baby hates to be on her tummy. Is there a way I can change that?My daughter learned to roll from her back to her stomach, and she hates being on her stomach. She hasn't figured out how to crawl or roll back over on her own, but if I have a blanket next to her then she knows. The big issue right...
