Everytime you eat it gives a boost to your rate of metabolism, so the easiest way to do so would be eating maybe 5 fairly small meals a day rather than eating 3 fairly large ones; this will keep your metabolism working faster for longer during the day. However, don't eat within 3 hours of going to bed as when you sleep your metabolism slows down and will cause undigested food to become toxic to your body whereupon it is stored as fat.
