What is a good PPO plan and how do you find a good doctor?
I've been under HMO plans pretty much my entire life. The last 10 years I've been under Kaiser. First under my parent's insurance now under my insurance at work. Well now my job has decided to get rid of HMOs and do entirely PPOs. I have to choose by Oct 31. Although I know I will enjoy the flexibility but I'm just so used to HMOs. The choices I have are Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield or my employer's plan. Anyone have any experience under any of the plans and how do you go doctor searching?

Would you rather go to a good doctor and drive far; or a doctor that's closer to your home?Keeping in mind that you're just sluggish and not in the mood to drive far to go to the doctor in the first place. Plus you'd have to time your travel with traffic, etc.
