How many points do you score on the beighton criteria?

Are you Male or Female? Age? Can you bend any other body parts in unusual ways? Have you ever dislocated, fractured or sprained anything repeatedly? Do you have joint pain? Have you ever been diagnosed with Hypermobility Syndrone, Ehlers Dalnos Syndrome or any other similar connective tissue disorder?

I score top marks on the beighton scale, my knees actually bend backwards, my hip sublaxes regularly, I only have to turn over in bed! My knees pop regularly, I can bend my thumb back to my wrist, touch the floor with my hands flat and without bending my knees, I could do the splits, wind my legs round my neck, do a high kick and have a very very long hamstring. I suffer constant pain, when I was a kid my hip would pop out and I would fall on the floor, I often went to school bandaged from ankle to thigh because of swelling of the knee and pain, my spine is unstable and painful. Basically I am hypermobile in every joint, ehlers danlos type 3.
