You can help yourself prepare for tough times but first, You need to use some logic to understand the difference between your wants and needs. Your wants should be compiled on a list as well as your needs. List the wants seperate from the needs and continue to cancel out the over expensive materials that you normally lust for. If this system doesn't work for you then you need to evaluate your expenses to reconize what will work in your favor!

You are not looking forward to another day in your life and would prefer to stay in bed all day with the blinds right down.
You don't really care much about how you dress and what your appearance is.
You seem to be looking at the negative points of everything instead of the positive.
Nothing interests you and you start feeling sorry for yourself.

for me i dont care about anything totally unemotional dont care what i look like major shower problems dont bath,dont wear clean clothes,find every excuse not to go out and do anything
eat way too much junk food,or dont eat at all,no sex drive,i can go on and on like i said it is a effect in which we both experience differently and all of us. And there are many more side effecs wish ic ould go on
