I need to know how many calories are in a cicken bearest and how much of it you can eat .
i needed to know what size not by weight
If you're talking chicken breast, uncooked skinless is about 30 calories an ounce. So the question is how are you cooking it, grilled, fried etc. A chicken breast about the size of your palm typically is about 4 ounces.
A skinless chicken breast is one of the healthiest and leanest proteins you will get. As it is pure, lean protein it will also help you to build muscle and as a side effect it will make you burn fat (muscles burn fat like crazy).
One chicken breast is about a portion size. So with each meal you may have one breast. Just make sure that you stick to the skinless and boneless type.
