How many calories in a can of Coke and Pepsi?
How many calories are in a can of Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, and Diet Pepsi
I don't know about Coca Cola, but I can answer about Pepsi because my hubby works in Pepsi.
1 can of Pepsi is depends about what kind of soda.
For Diet Pepsi, Diet Pepsi Max, Diet Pepsi Cherry, Diet Pepsi Lime all of them is zero calorie. For Diet Pepsi One which use Splenda of course only 1 calories in 1 can.
For regular Pepsi is 170 calories in 1 can....big different.
I hope it helps you Paul...
Pretty sure its 170 on most of the regular sodas. Diet, zero. Coke Zero tastes the best.
As I sip my can of regular coke right now I can tell you in one can of regular coke there are 140 tasty empty calories.
I just want to spread the word--
diet sodas cause cancer and obesity. they're also horribly addictive. numerous scientific studies have confirmed that artificial sugar is incredibly dangerous to your health.
please, if you get a craving, reach for the original. otherwise... avoid soda entirely.
To get the best result out of your body put in the best, all soft drinks rob you of your energy and cause obesity. Mo Better Health & Life
In most cans of Pepsi and coke there are 100 or more than 100 and less than 200 calories but it also depends on the place as coke/Pepsi manufactured in different countries and cities have different caloric value.
The calories for sodas are written on the can. Are you asking because you can't read?

The better question is why does a truck driver have to have a Hazmat license to haul cola flavoring. The placard for it says it's for Corrosive Liquid? Wandering what that's doing to our insides?......
8 fluid oz. = 105 calories
12 =155 calories
I wouldn't worry about the calorific value i would worry more about what's in it!
I am completely agree with mattbull220. There is no doubt in it.
150-Pepsi 12 oz
155-Coke 12 oz
ZERO in both the diets!

Which is better, Throw Back Pepsi or Coke-a-Cola?I use to love coke, but stopped drinking it because of the High Fructose Corn Syrup. Now Pepsi brought out the throw back, which has none and I must say the difference is amazing. No after taste and I like it more then Coke! Obviously, Coke can't...
