Will Obama break another promise not to allow c-span to televise the health care hearings.
Will president Obama break another promise not to allow c-span to televise the health care reform.bill congressional hearings ? as candidate Obama (on the campaign trail ) stated '' i will have c-span televise the health care hearings so that the public will know that my administration will be transparent ''. The only news channel that shows the statement is Fox News cable. One should ask as to where are the other news medias.
I watched the healthcare hearings everyday. There were 16 committees holding hearings at the same time. C-Span couldn't possibly televise them all. President Obama admitted that he had made a mistake in thinking that all the sessions could be televised.
President Obama, sorry to say that he has made many many mis- statements since taking office. He has broken most of the promises that he run on during the campaign.
The mainsteam media and the press have not been reporting all of his behind the scenes activities as they should..
Obama is a God and how can we as mere mortals and puppies even question him? The media certain loves to worship at his feet, waiting for crumbs of wisdom to fall from his most perfect lips.

From December 2007 through January 2008, I've found 27 instances on the web alone where Obama pledged an open debate, full participation by all, and the process to be televised on C-span, specifically in reference to Health Care Reform. Will he honor this pledge? Per Nancy Pelosi,...

President Obama again demonstrated his considerable ability to speak persuasively. His advocacy of his health care proposals was powerful and convincing, in my opinion. He explained the details of his proposals, the reasons for them and the way they will work. And he debunked the lies that have...

Thought some of you right wingers might be interested in seeing what some ACTUAL socialists think of the health care bill. Not that I expect any of you to admit that Obama isn't socialist by any definition of the word and is, in fact, center-right, but hey, anything is worth a shot, right? In fact,...
