what should i do to burn arm fat to make my muscles appear larger?
CARRY ALOT OF STUFF ALL THE TIME OVERLOAD YOUR ARMS ALL THE TIME , LAUNDRY, KIDS, WEIGHTS, BOXES ECT.
To make muscles appear to be larger, you need to do exercises where you are bearing close to the maximum weigh possible without hurting yourself. You want the weight to be such that you are UNABLE to do more than 10 lifts at a time. So you do 10 and wait a few minutes, and then do 10 more, and wait, and then do 10 more. If you do less weight more times, it actually makes your muscles stronger but SMALLER. Which is what women are taught to do because they always want to look slender and smaller, not larger/bulkier. If you want definition, then do a medium amount of weight a medium number of times.
IMO jogging + a reduced calorie diet is the best way to burn fat.
Spot training is not possible. To burn arm fat you must eat less fat-enlarge arm muscles by lifting weight-four sets of eight repetitions. Then, as your arm muscles enlarge and your fat decreases-you still will not be burning arm fat-but you will receive the results you are looking for. The only place spot training has been shown to work (maybe slightly) is in the thighs during biking or spinning. But, you did not ask this question.
You should work your arms every-other-day. Pull ups are great-push ups are good-lifting hand weights is fair. Best way to burn any fat-raise the heart rate. Run, walk quickly, Olympic style weight lifting pumps up the heart to am amazing degree-buring fat like mad. The plyometrics of the squat lift burn fat almost over night. But, eat lots of protein of your muscle will fade too.
