What you are asking is most likely know as stress induced hyperglycemia, and they reverse once the the stress is reduced but that may be an indication for fragility of the person's blood sugar control syaytem.
those persons should get through check up done to rule out diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance.

Do you know any children or teenagers with type 2 diabetes?This was once an old persons disease but children as young as 10 years old are developing the disease. I would really like to hear what others think about this.
