A good MIND will make a good healthy body means you have to control your mind from various bad thoughts, discouragement, pessimism etc. or any other negative emotions.
Then came BODY, you have to maintain proper diet and exercise.
And in the last you have to protect your soul means have to do positive things for others and make a good association with GOD.
Maintain your weight and muscle tone with regular excersise.
Eat a well-balanced diet.
Ensure you regularly get enough sleep.
Spend time out in the outdoors (sunshine).
Maintain good relationships.
Refrain from too much alcohol.
Don't smoke or do drugs.
