Take things slow at first. Don't strain, or you might slow the healing process. Do what your doctor tells you and keep positive, then everything should be fine.
I would love to answer that , except I have more surgeries to come, for the rest of my life. I have stated that I am a disabled veteran, but what did not mention is that for 15 years, I kept going to the Veterans Affairs for extreme headaches, and they kept telling me there was nothing wrong, there is nothing wrong....etc. Finally about three years ago, a friend suggested I go see his girlfriends boss, who is a orthopedic surgeon in the town I live in....so I did.....Well, would you believe I had 4 broken vertebrae in my neck.....and I had bone fragments all over the xray of my neck. I was hit in the back of the head and neck in a riot in Koreo in 1992 with a shovel....This is why the VA said there was nothing wrong, they did not want to have to pay me for the damages from injuries while on active duty.....I was very angry after receiving this news, and I lost all hope for this country as well.....and I see it slipping away for my daughter more and more everyday and it concerns me..its really does.....but I would love to...cause there are important things that people can do to recover faster and better from any surgery.....I will do that sometime, just remind me...at moment, I am on a new medication for my headaches, and it wipes me out......
