Health Tips for those who sit in front of the Computer for longer hours
Sit with straight back, take your eyes off screen every few minutes, stretch your body, use keyboard more than mouse.
Walk away to get a drink or go to the wash room every 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and if possible, look out of the window to stretch your eye muscles, by looking at the Green fields (if any), on far and near. This may probably help in delaying to get the reading glass eyeware.
take small walks of 5 minutes outside to relax your body every hour and this helps in taking fresh air.
after every hour, one should look at an object which is very far for 30 seconds.this will keep eyes healthy

Why is it all summer I want to sleep longer hours?First chilly day today and I'm up at 4 a.m. Not a bad thing. I am a morning person. I get a lot done in the early morning hours. It's just odd to me. Is the cold air the culprit?

How far is too far for a day trip?If you don't want to spend the night somewhere, how far is too far for just a day trip? We are considering making a 3 1/2 hour drive to the beach spending 3-5 hours there then making the ride back. Too far with kids? Would it be too far for you?
