I would suggest having vitamin D and vitamin B12 in your diet.

To help reduce fibromyalgia, try spending 10 mins in sun before noon or after 2 p.m.

Vitamin D is also naturally accessible from food sources such as cod liver oil, salmon, swiss cheese mackerel, tuna, sardine, fortified milk and cereals.

Vitamin B12 is found in more or less any animal produced food such as meat, eggs and dairy

Make sure to talk to your doctor about how much  vitamin supplements you should be taking.

Undenatured Whey Protein has been suggested to help those with FM ...It won't let me link to a whey protein but PM me for it .

I think it was recommended by Dr. Cheney ???
He is supposed to be the authority on Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue

I have written articles on fatigue, and inflamation. http://artist101.hubpages.com
My mother contracted fibro myalgia, 20 years ago after the flooding of her home. She took Flexeril, and naproxyn, for 10 years, until she had open sores in her mouth. She knew that she had to do something else. She started doing research on the subject, and found holistic doctors to help. What worked for her:
    The diflucan/ nystatin recipe.
liver detox. during and after anti fungal treatment.
    pro biotics
natural sleep aides, the most important in healing
then continuing natural anti fungals for a year
The elimination diet, eliminate all sugar and yeast
    Detoxification during, and after treatment.
    for pain, eating pineapple, ginger,
There is no one supplement, as fibro is a combination of many things.
