Is it possible to heal a torn shoulder ligament with out getting surgery?
What are the consequences living with a torn shoulder ligament if u choose not to get surgery?
Much depends on the seriousness of the injury. If the ligament has separated then it must be reattached. If the ligament was severely stretched then it could heal on its own but it will take time. Obviously the only way to know for sure is to have xrays taken.
