    How do you balance physical, mental and spiritual health?

    What types of things do you do to nurture good physical, mental and spiritual health? How do you find a good balance between all three?

    namaste! mrs. green-tea..
    vegetarian diet with fresh milk, hatha yoga exercise, avoid intoxicants,  celibacy, tulsi tea, mantra(Holy Names) meditation to clear one's mind and heart from impurities, practice non-violence, offering tulsi tea to God before you drink, taking care of tulsi, make a decision in ones heart that in this lifetime i will love unconditionally the Supreme Person.

    It takes time to balance all the areas of ones life; but with steady practice; with a eagerness; willingness; just the desire can be the start of a wonderful balance of alignment of oneself to become whole; to have a feeling of oneness which is our birth right.

    Feeling balanced allows one to know that all things are possible, knowing that you can accomplish all things when we look at our needs, or wants as important to begin with Self; it's selfish but when we are not self enough we suffer for the lack of it.

    If you are aware with the meaning of balance, bring this concept in life, neither too much to either side, nor too much less.
