    This is one of my very subjects to write about.  I wrote an article centered on the mind, body and spirit a year ago.  Hope you don't mine me just posting it's link here, but I think you might enjoy the hub. 

    Its title Spiritual Enlightenment Through Sex.  It is all about the mind, body and spirit and includes some ancient traditions of keeping them in sync and healthy.  Thank you for the great question!

    I think the hardest thing to do in our time is to slow down enough to acknowledge that we are, in fact, spiritual beings. Making time in the day for prayer, being still, yoga, breathing, all help to slow down the frenetic pace around us and allow us to look inside at what truly matters. About what makes us who we are.
