Yes I am happy because I decided not to be unhappy at anytime. This needs some practice. Everytime any unhappy thoughts come purify the mind and get back to happiness.
Good question. I guess I am just about well as to be expected. My hubby just passed in May of 2010 and considering that, I guess I am happy for a newly widow trying to move on
Happiness is a choice, it is a state of mind that you can choose over others. This state of mind is cultivated like any habit. Consciously selecting positive thoughts over negative ones help modify the thought process. It is persistence that pays.
I am happy and satisfied because i choose to, that does not mean I will not work harder at improving myself.
