    What is the best way to grow indoors?

    You see, I love my seedlings passionately, but I might be moving into an apartment soon.  I want to keep them with me and continue to garden.  I have thought about grow bulbs, windows and plants that love the shade.  Somehow, though, I don’t know if all of this is going to work.  I have seen grow bulbs very in price dramatically and want to use one to insure that my little ones get the care they deserve for growing so late in the season.  I have one green pea plant, a bunch of herbs (the kind that you
