How can i get extra flexible?
Well i do competitive cheer and on my left leg i have a heel stretch and on my right i have a scorpion and a scale. Is it better for me to get a heel stretch on my right or get a scorpion and scale on my left. Well i really want to just get my heel stretch on my right. So how do i get my heel stretch???

What is the best way to get really flexible?Is it to hold stretches for a shorter time and repeat often? Or to hold for longer time? Or a combination of both? Any tips are appreciated!!
