It actually depends on which side you favor..most right handed people will do left first.. and left handed people will do right first...it could be personal preference, but I think it has to do with our brain and how we train it over the years...

Funny question. I do insert my right leg first. This is because it gives me the stability i need to put in my other leg.

If you put your left leg you need to learn how to put Right Leg.If you put the Right Leg then you are strong and you can balance on one leg.Putting a Pant is easy try to put your under wear when you have to lift the leg higher you will notice you will be doing a balancing Act.

UK version - when I put my trousers on I tend to favour my left leg first followed by the right...I think. Hang on, I'll just take them off and try again because I'm not really 100% certain it's the left first............let's see.........

    Yep, left first.

My left leg. I honestly don't know why. Maybe because my right leg is stronger and can hold my body weight better while I look like a stork.

Well, I've been thinking about the meaning of life and football so I never gave this important matter any thought whatsoever until now.

I'm right-handed and always left leg first. Button-down shirt, left arm first. T-shirt over my head and left arm first.

I'm going to take a shower now, and when I get dressed I'll try the right first. I hope it doesn't bring me bad luck, not that I'm superstitious or anything. You know, now that I think about it, I always shave the left side of my face first.

I'm right handed and it's always my right leg first and always my right arm with tops and coats. I don't know why it's automatic if I did left first it would feel all wrong.

What is this garment "pants" you speak of?

I almost always sit down to put my pants on so I put both legs through at once.  I can't recall the last time I had to dress in a hurry with nowhere to sit and do it one leg at a time.

Always right leg without exception, but put on the left shoe first.  I have no idea why.  Now I am wondering why myself.

I always put my right leg in first. It's probably because I am right handed.
