    Is there a natural food or vitamin that can prevent seizures in dogs?

    My dog has seizures and if someone has an option other than drugs I would like to know.

    It depends what sort of seizures, heart? Brain? Body spazams that trigger seizures? It seems that you've asked your vet, however they know the best.

    This not a super "informed" answer, but my Mom had a dog who had seizures. She like to use natural medicine on him (used St. John's Wort on him for anxiety-seemed to help). She did not have any success finding natural medicine that worked for the seizures.

    yes there is - garlic is one of them.

    hmmm dont know much about the others but usually, when my mom makes some before, she uses plants from our backyard
