Is there any suggestions to prevent from heart disease except medicine?
Sure, exercise daily and eat right. Depending on your body and family history, I woul visit your doctor as he or she would know better.
reduce meat..and increase consuming vegetables...and live healthy...i mean not only your body healthy but important is your mind is healthy...
try to be always positive feeling.....no matter how easy or even how hard you deal with your daily life...
expect medicine, there are one and simple suggestion. let the patient 3 to 4 month rest, talk with love and give answer smilingly . let them go for a tour and tried to understand what s thinking in his mind, stop them to be deprresed , make them laugh as much as poisible , howewer there are many activity which regularly normal man does, let them be normal give them lovely, fresh, and religious environment, i think these are only one work of heart patient after these they dont need any medicine becausr after some time they will be a normal kaypee
eat right and exersize on a daily bases take care of yourself
exercise, diet - balanced, high fibre, good nutrition, active lifestyle,
avoid stress, learn to be relaxed and happy!
Try Belief ... That we live, because, we are born ... that all those born, must die ... that the only certainty in life, is death ...
That our ancestors have followed this Law, in their lives, and then at the appointed time, died, so shall we and our progeny.
That all of us have to die at The Lord's Ordained time ... that no amount of medicines, surgeries, ventilators, or health care, and regimens, can change the moment, we are to die ... nor will anything known, will Increase, or decrease, the duration, of our life.
Once you RECONCILE to these facts ... you will live a good life.
Reckon, it is more important, to live a good life ... than a long life, on medicines or life-supports ...
True Belief, grants us the Quality, we all seek in this life.
I hope you got a good answer to your question, Bimendra. I have just published a hub about it.
