How do you manage quality internet time and quality time with family and friends?
What you have to remember is that, living, thinking, breathing people are a zillion times more important than electronic messages and avatars.
Define quality internet time? it's not like I'm in love with internet, I work online so yes that does tend to interfere with my personal time. But I don't think there is such thing as quality internet time, there is work and than there are forms of relaxing and/or wasting time online.
i suggest you deal with families and friends in real time and give the internet your free time.that's if you don't work online..but if you do,treat it as you work in the office and use your free time with your family
