I wouldn't get my hopes up but some people don't stop growing till about 27-30 give or take.
But the growth spur has passed it's highly unlikely

Are you male or female? Males tend to retain the ability to grow a little bit longer, but both genders tend to be just about done by time they reach 20 or 21. However, though it's not likely you'll grow much more, it's not impossible...some people's epiphyseal plates don't close up until later...but there's no way to know that short of looking at your bones, so there's really nothing to do but wait and see.

in reality i hate to say you will probably not grow anymore though being short isn't a bad thing. women almost always reach their maximum height by 18 and men by around 23 though some say as old as 25.
