My surgeons and my respiratory specialist, Professor Ruffin, do not know . How do you?
Because I have been teaching people to stop smoking since 1978 and I have observed thousands of people stop smoking.
My guess is that you have cut back a little on smoking or cut down on nicotine and those are the symptoms that happen even while you are still smoking
