C-6 and C-7. A great deal of the pain is gone, which means I am not on Opana anymore , and am more functional. I can wake and dress my daughter, etc. But, my back spasms have gotten pretty severe again. I am on a higher than recommended dose of Soma because I feel little effect without taking a high dose. It is very shot acting also---maybe a couple of hours. What is the most similar muscle relaxer---acts very similarly, but may be a better match for me? I am worried because Dr's don't continue giving this high dose of Soma, and I am going to be stranded with all my pain. So many medic
