What relaxes your mind the most?
When you're sat at your desk, or stuck in traffic. When you're under stress or facing a difficult or challenging decision ... where does your mind go to find peace? For me it's the forest where I grew up on a sunny day, it may sound cheesy but that's my home and it will be with me always. How about you?
doing yoga and little bit of mediation keeps your mind cool. that's the way for keeping mind cool.
Day dreaming works for me..and the subject varies so I don't get bored.
Whenever I pray to GOD, HE gives me peace of mind regardless whatever the stress is ...
So you can try this
well i agree with ed77burns ,a la carte and khmohsin. there is a meditation method which includes all the three . ISHTA DHYAN . first you try the JATAK DHYAN which is like reversing the tape of your life in your mind and going back from the present till the point of your birth. and then you concentrate on god. it not only relaxes you. it also gives you a practice to know what you did today initially and in the life in later stages with different perspective believe me this simple method will evolve you into a different and better personality . because most of the time we take things in a sway and do not look back.
