Is it strictly necessary that you lose ten pounds? How tall are you?
I have to say.. I think weight watchers is a huge commercialized mistake.
There is nothing to gain from that program other than misleading information and unhealthy foods.
Instead of counting points or calories, learn to control carb intake. Learn to avoid the bad foods. Watch how fast those 10 lbs come off.
