For me, if I sit in front of the computer for 4 hours continously, I will get back and shoulder ache. So, I try to rest in between, get up, walk a round, do something else, before coming back to the computer.
So the secret is to know your body limit.
You have relax your body every 15 mins and get up and go out and see the nature, trees etc., then resume your work etc., will help a lot.

Do you keep laptop on your laps while working?I have the habit of sitting on the sofa and keep my laptop on my lap while working. Sometimes when I feel the heat, I just keep the laptop on the teapoy or on the sofa itself. Not really sure whether it is Ok to do that.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to listen to while working out? Or maybe music you have used while working out. I run a little too, so if there are songs you know are good for running let me know. I like almost every major genre of music and open to anything.
