For me, if I sit in front of the computer for 4 hours continously, I will get back and shoulder ache. So, I try to rest in between, get up, walk a round, do something else, before coming back to the computer.
So the secret is to know your body limit.
You have relax your body every 15 mins and get up and go out and see the nature, trees etc., then resume your work etc., will help a lot.
