    I laugh often and heartily; usually several times per day.  something - and enjoyed it.

    Laughter is the best medicine!  It also helps to form bonds with others that you share the laughter with.

    I intend to laugh every chance I get...and happily, I am continuously presented with something to laugh about.

    Years ago when I stayed with my grandfather for a couple of months, we were sitting together and he started to laugh for no reason...it wasn't long before I was laughing just as hard. All of a sudden he stopped and I asked him what had been so funny. He said he had been having his one good belly laugh for the day. I learned a valuable lesson from him and try to find something to laugh at as often as possible--it keeps you healthy!
