It seems to be side effect of your medication. Check instructions of your medications and you will most probably find mentioned symptoms on the list of side-effects.
When the glands in the mouth that make saliva are not working properly we may get dry mouth. There might not be enough saliva to keep your mouth wet.
Sore throat is one of the cause of such symptoms. Please consult your doctor for accurate diagnosis. Gastritis may be the reason for feeling something in your throat.
