    How to control myself sleeping during office hours? any tips? do you ever sleep during office working hours?

    Listen songs ,
    try to work different things during work DONT FOLLOW Same working style day by day . you will get bored .
    you should start working in diversified style !.

    Yes i do sleep last saturday @ work .

    Come on! You need to concentrate on your work. Sleeping in office this isn't a professional way.

    Yes! i usually feeling sleepy during office timings, so i start sleeping on night at 12 that didn't makes me feel like sleepy in office....smile do the same and avoid it....tongue

    i too have the problem of sleeping during office hours try to concentrate on the work take rest after every 2 hours and listen songs some time.

    Oh.. sleeping during office hours is very embarrassing ..you should take a cup of coffee at regular intervals drink lots of water, and if possible take some walk in to the office, busy yourself with your office work, talking with people in the office may relief you..in this way you can control yourself sleeping during office hours.
