Do special color foods target specific organs in the body like red for heart, and yellow for liver?
no - once ingested, almost all foods quickly lose their color as they're attacked by saliva, enzymes, bile and other assits to digestion.
the heart really isn't even an organ - it's just a dominant muscle, like the tongue or biceps.
pseudo-sciences like homeopathy & naturopathy try to create meaning from coincidence & chaos, but they have no scientific backing for their superstitious claims of 'like - for like', etc
