the asnwer for that is proper exercise.... And even with that you may not loose 5kgs because when you exercise you loose fat but gain muscle...
start taking methamphetamine. That'll do the trick.-but if you are into legalities, then you simply have to burn more calories than you consume. And for your prescribed kgs/month. . . . I'd say you need to go high protein, and low carb-with lots of cardio. Get a Mountain bike, and ride it for as far as you can stand to ride it every day.
