Practice with the "stop, start" method. When you feel yourself getting close to climax, stop what you're doing, let it pass, then start again.
Also, try thinking of things that you find unappealing when you think you're about to climax.
You might also try doing math problems in your head. It will take you out of the moment long enough to keep you from crossing the finish line too soon, so to speak.
