    Yes, Yoga can help a lot. But healthy diet is important as well.

    Thank you Tatjana - Mihaela :-) Almost 2 months I've attended to Yoga class but my weight remain the same. I will diet as well.

    yes it helps in lose weight.it keeps u in shape also.
    because poses in yoga helps u giving a complete exercise.it increases blood circulation reduces cabs in your body.
    but weight lose take time.u should change your diet as well as
    you are looking for early results.
