If psychological therapy is not working, are you trying to change your behavior?
sometimes therapy doesn't work because the wrong diagnosis was made.
I know thats right, as was stated by another hubber, it seems to him we could get enough therapy right here on Hubpages.
Misdiagnosis is surely probable with psychology, the mind being so complex, even if the diagnosis is correct, the treatment can't always be one size fits all.
I pray all who have a need to be helped, will find there helper and the treatment they deserve
My followup to this question is; If we are not truthful, to ourselves and others and we are only willing to let others lead us, but not take an initiative to put words into action, we may be found years later in this same pit we have fallen into.
What motivates me is knowing things will never change if I don't try. My faith in God and his plans to prosper and not harm me also pull me up.

Why go to psychological therapy, when you know what you should be doing is making an attempt...towards corrective behavior?

Are you trying to be something you are not?People want change but sometimes change takes them further than expected. Do you think being yourself is a better experience than to be someone you are not?
