    You mean weight loss? Eat less, exercise more. It won't go fast but the results will last a lifetime if you change your lifestyle.

    I was told that not eating any leaven (you know, bread, cookies, pancakes, etc.) will definitely jump start weight loss.  Just make sure that you don't drop below 1,200 calories a day and don't skip breakfast.  Eat good stuff at breakfast but don't skip it.  And fasting - unless you mean juice fasting, which has to be for not too long of a time - is bad.  That's it, just bad.
