    Hello Kelley, i was diagnosed of rectal cancer last year, i have completed chemotherapy...

    and radiotherpy and i have been asked to come for surgery to have some of my bowel removed and at this stage i want to stop the medical route as i do not like what the surgery would entail. I started your recipe today (one herbanerous pepper and two cloves of garlic on bread plus evening primrose oli (3 capsules of 500mg)) i have had it twice today and i intend to continue. Please i need assurance that il be fine with this recipe, do you think cancelling the surgery is the best option for me; also just to understand your example better did a doctor confirm that the lesions you had was cancer?

    Cancelling the surgery based on holistic treatments is never the answer. Going to a larger center like MD Anderson, John Hopkins or a University that is close to you is a better option to make sure that the treatment plan, everyone is on board with the same one.

    I am now dealing with a few patient's who had have the resection, and are doing amazingly well with no signs of cancer even up to 16 months after follow up from the surgery. 

    I know this is a very difficult decision for you, but intertwining the holistic and medical communities is much better than excluding one or the other.  It is my experience that patient's who have the surgery, overall, do better than patient's who don't, as the cancer has a tendency to recur.

    Please talk with your Oncologist about a second opinioin-it is never too late. I hope you make a decision that is right for you, and if you need more assistance, please let me know.
