I am breastfeedding. I would like to do the salt water flush and smooth move only. Do you think...
this is safe. After doing online research I decided not to do the lemonade diet along with the flush becuase the lemonade diet releases toxins into the body. Do you think that the salt water flush will release toxins in the bodytoo?
Li82- Child birth and breast feeding are hard on the body as is, I personally would not try doing a cleanse per se while doing either. I would adjust my diet, and do the cleanse after I was done nursing. My thought process here is when you do release toxins with the cleanse they must leave the body somehow... This is done through bodily fluids (urine, excriment, sweat, and it would make sense that the milk would have them too). While we all have things we ate through pregnancy that are not the best, it could not be good to have extra toxins released into the milk at that stage of the child's life. These are just my thoughts, and I am not a Doctor, but I would adjust my diet to eat as good as possible, but not cleanse until the little one is weaned. Congrats!
