Toxin build up is predominately caused by a poor diet and lifestyle. Eating foods high in fiber such as fruits and vegetables have vitamins and nutrients essential to the body that will assist in removing toxins. Refrain from things that perpetuate toxin build up like smoking, alcohol, coffee, and saturated fats.

Drinking an adequate amount of water daily will aid in flushing of toxins and a regular exercise routine, which will control your metabolism and digestive tract is also very beneficial for this process

a cleanse. there are certain herbals  purchasable at your health food store, that can help you cleanse the body of toxins... once ingested, your body will flush out the cleansing compound and the associated toxins dislodged by the compound

There are many ways out there to rid our bodies of toxins.  However, to cleanse the blood, let me recommend beet juice.  Boil three finely chopped beets with one bunch of spinach and one package of radishes...all cut thin and throw in a box of raisins.  In big stew pot bring all to boil then let sit for 24 hours.  Add sugar and bottle then refridgerate.  Drink a jigger or two a day.  This is packed with all kinds of vitamins and mineral, but especially good for cleansing the blood as well.  Healthy drink for healthy body, blood and mind!  Also in the spring and fall you can harvest sassafras from the roots.  Clean and boil for tea.  This was one of the things my mother did for us kids when we were growing up.  Twice a year we drank sassafras for a few days.  Taste good too!
