When I start to feel full after I eat, I sneeze and my nose gets stuffy. Does anyone get this,...
and do you know why this happens?
I don't know but it appears you might be allergic to some of the food you are eaten. At least your nose is getting full too.lol
Saliva increases to help pass the food. When this occurs for some people who's more sensitive, their nasal passage are stimulated which causes them to sneeze or blow their nose. This happens more often when people eat large meals. In addition, there is also something call 'Gustatory Rhinitis' in which people sneeze or have a running nose or congested after they eat. You may want to google that term.
Oh gosh, you're just like me! And no, I have no idea why because all foods do it to me. But you know, I think it helps me to finish a meal before I've overdone it, lol!
