   I say my prayers.  That is usually the last thing I think about.  Then relaxing and falling asleep

   I think about the day, what I'm doing tomorrow and i usually reminisce about past events in my life...this all usually keeps me up too!

   The secret to falling asleep is to eliminate thoughts.  My mind usually reflects upon the day or events in my life.  There is no specific thought I have.

   Nothing. It used to take me hours before I fell asleep because of the many thoughts i have when it gets quite or when there's music. So now I play a sitcom like how i met or big bang theory and I sleep easier. I find them funny even if im just listening and it stops me from thinking. weird, i know.

   am do the same as vinsanity, i usually think about the day's event. but if i cant sleep i free my mind of all thoughts and take deep breaths till i drift away

    My very last thought before I drift of after saying my gratitude prayer is 'Ohhh, its so good to be in bed to rest my body'... .. after that I'm in cloud 20!

    My last thought before I go to sleep is to pray for my faimly, mainly my daughter who has CF, my son who has MS and my 2 year old grandson that God will keep him safe while he sleeps and also the next day. There is so many people I pray for but those are some of the ones close to me.
