How can I lose 1 LB everyday?
Right now I weigh 148 and I am supposed to weigh 141. I have about a week to lose it.
I think that losing a pound a week is more realistic. Trying to lose a pound everyday is not healthy, or safe.
In your one line above you say, "I am supposed to weigh 141.", well who says. The amount of pounds you weight should not be determined by a chart, but rather your doctor and your overall health. For most people, there isn't too much of a difference between 148 and 141. I second what skear said, losing a pound everyday is not healthy or safe and it is also not realistic, visit your doctor and listen to what he or she has to say about your desire to lose a pound a day.
Ok, you must or should have a very good reason to want to do that! It can be done but you would not want to do something like that for long term. The previous 2 comments are correct. Some loss would be water but you would need to do some resistance workouts to burn the fat, barring you have no health issues. See my hub for more.
