Meditation is the key for sure...but if you don't know how to then the best way is to go running...Running only, not walking or jogging...sprint would even be better...you should be sweating like anything after half an hour, cool down and take a cold water shower post that and then the decisions...

Take a break, take a walk, do something beautiful for yourself and for someone you know who may need it from you.

Just pause and change your activity to freshen up.
    And sleep, sleep, sleep smile

Take a break, and use the time to help others. Even a small congratulation message or several good opinion/pad on the back is good. If one eases others' business that one's business would become easier, my two cents..

Drugs and alcohol.  These two combined always lead to feeling brain dead.

In all seriousness, just like the 20 posts above me, meditation and mindfulness are the way to go.  Full attention.  Here.  Now.  Taking my own advice now smile
