With our first son the same thing happened, which was not planned at all. So my question is if i just got off my period 3 days ago can i get pregnant?
Yes, you can. It probably isn't too likely, but it is possible. I once got pregnant the last day of my period. Incidentally, you can get pregnant even if he does pull out without ejaculating. Little droplets will escape that can have sperm in them... My last child is proof of that too...
I totally agree with the doctor. There is really no method which is 100% foolproof!
