yes u will but it will take hard work,determination and a clean diet! in others words it will be hell!
I have not been able to simply because my bone structure changed during pregnancy. My hip bones literally widened so I am more curvy than before, which I find a good thing. I lost the baby weight with my first pregnancy in 3 weeks! I only gained 25 pounds. My second one was a different story. I gained 82 pounds! I lost it within 8 weeks though. Lots of exercise, watching what you eat and drinking lots of water. I find that my weight still fluctuates within a few pounds because I hold in water, but it keeps the digestive tract and colon clean. Being "backed up" can literally add 5-15 pounds. It may not be your "pre-childbirth" body, but looking fabulous with your new body is certainly a possibility.

I only gained 20-25 pounds both pregnancies. I lost it within 3 weeks of both pregnancies, BUT after I stopped nursing, I gained 10-15 pounds both times.
I really need to improve my water intake.
